Cookies: butter, cream cheese, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla. All cookies are egg-free!
Fondant: I use a mix of Queen, Fondtastic and Bakels branded fondants. Ingredients can be found online or provided if required.
Sprinkles and decorations: I use a variety of sprinkle brands dependent on the order. Ingredients can be provided if required.

Cookies are best eaten within three weeks of you receiving them.
They will last around two months if kept in cool and dry conditions, however the fondant will harden with time (though will still be edible!)

I am a home baker! My kitchen (pictured) has been inspected and certified by the Glenorchy City Council as being suitable for running a food business. I am subject to regular inspections to ensure my kitchen remains fit for purpose at all times.

I post within Australia for a flat rate of $15. Posted orders will have all cookies individually bagged (rather than boxed), and will be packaged with protective filler for postage with Australia Post. Whilst Australia Post doesn’t offer a specific fragile service, I do have all orders wrapped with “fragile” tape in the hope that your kind postie recognises this when delivering!
The Treat House Tasmania takes no responsibility for damage incurred to cookies during transit.
Cookie postage is not available to New Zealand or farther overseas.

All cookies are baked and decorated fresh to order, I do not keep stock of the pre-designed packs. Given this, cookies will be ready for collection or posted within 7 days of ordering.
If you require cookies sooner than this, please contact me first by emailing: order@treathousetas.com.au to check if this can be accommodated.
ASAP orders will not be refunded on the basis of not being available sooner than 7 days from the date of order.

A minimum of 7 days notice is required for all cookie orders. So long as this notice has been provided, we will ensure that your cookies are with you 1-2 business days ahead of your event.
